Everyone that played with the Grom Sniper (Dragunov) asked themselfs the same question: "Why is the rate of fire so low ?"
Well the aswer to that is balance but I took the liberty to write to lines of code so that you can finally use it like you always wanted !

Lowers the accuracy a tad and highers the Rate of Fire. (I'm not sure right now if the balance fit, I'd appreciate feedback !)

-You need BLT for this to work (duh).
