Why have single double barrel when you can double your double barrels?

Adds the Mosconi Shotguns but as an akimbo version with less total ammo, forced short barrel, forced short stock, less concealment but it has 4 shells to shoot before reloading.

This is incompatible with any mods that use an outdated akimboweaponbase file
