Replace Houston voice to Makarov(Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2 and 3).
Could not find an appropriate voice for the "Pager Response" lines, so instead of pager response, a bomb defuse sounds was added.
Any unreplaced voice is muted, but sometimes Houston's voice comes up.

1. After downloading the mod, use a program such as [7zip](https://www.7-zip.org/download.html) or [WinRAR](https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) to extract the main folder of the mod.
2. Move the main folder of the mod to `assets/mod_overrides`. The assets folder is supposed to be in your game's installation folder (don't know where that is? click [here for PAYDAY2 folder](https://wiki.modworkshop.net/books/payday-2/page/finding-payday-2s-install-folder)). Create the folder if necessary
