Allows enemies to use flashlights on additional weapons instead of only the shield MP9 for all of the 5 maps that actually bothered to even turn on NPC flashlights. Issues with flashlights if enabled before the heist has gone loud or if the unit does not have their weapon equipped have also been fixed.
The R870 and Benelli NPC weapons have a minor issue with the flashlight effect (the light trail doesn't show), but this is practically unnoticable in gameplay, the shield MP9 also still suffers from a vanilla issue where the light effect is misaligned to the actual light and the NPC revolver is missing a flashlight because Overkill forgot to set it up.

__**Version 2:**__
Some code changes to correctly handle maps that either have flashlights on by default (no vanilla maps currently) or maps that enable flashlights before loud (thanks Framing Frame D3!) as well as cases of the flashlight still remaining enabled if the unit doesn't have their weapon equipped.
__**Version 3:**__
Properly enable team AI flashlights, potentially fix a very rare crash

Optional video tutorial for installing SuperBLT, BeardLib, and mod_overrides mods: https://youtu.be/rin_sjSJIkg
1. After downloading the mod, use a program such as [7zip](https://www.7-zip.org/download.html) or [WinRAR](https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) to extract the main folder of the mod.
2. Drop that folder into the `mods` folder which is supposed to be in the game's installation folder (don't know where that is? click [here](https://wiki.modworkshop.net/books/payday-2/page/finding-payday-2s-install-folder))
