Adds in Bury the Light (I AM THE STORM THAT IS APPROAAAAAACHIIIIIIIIIIIIING) from Devil May Cry 5 as custom track, made with loud heists in mind.
I couldn't find a good part to make the Setup theme, so that's just the intro to The Duel.
You put it in `...\PAYDAY 2\mods\CustomOSTTracks`.
the mod is still being verified as far as i know (as of writing) but uhhhhhhhhh i accidentally forgot to make two sound files functional
