A simple custom perk deck that acts like Muscle with no health regeneration.
2 versions
Thick Skin that gives 80% extra health (~400 HP)
Protector that gives a bit more armor and armor regen but only has 40% extra health (~300 HP)
I cut the XP needed to unlock these to half.
Put in mods folder, only use either version.
